Yes. These Terms are binding once you click 'I Agree' at signup. We show them in full beforehand so you can read them on screen. If you're unsure, contact support before joining.

We can amend Terms, but only with 30 days' notice to you in-app and by email. You can close your account without penalty during that notice period if you disagree with the changes.

Your funds remain yours. If we cease operations, we'll return all account balances to the payment method you used to deposit. We hold segregated accounts to protect your money.

No. One person = one account. Multiple accounts violate these Terms and may result in account suspension. If you need a new account, close the old one first and wait 7 days.
